About this app

The Galaxy Buds2 Pro Manager allows you to use features such as device settings and status view when connected to a Galaxy Buds2 Pro device.

This application does not work alone because this is a component of the Galaxy Wearable application.

The Galaxy Wearable application has to be installed first for the Galaxy Buds2 Pro Manager application to operate normally.

The following permissions are required for the app service. The basic features of the service can be used, even if optional permissions aren't granted.

[Required Permissions]
- Nearby devices : Purpose for confirming to search Buds Devices

[Optional Permissions]
- Calendar : Purpose for checking Calendar information for using voice notification function
- Call logs : Purpose for confirming Call logs information for voice notification function
- Contacts : Purpose for confirming Contacts information for voice notification function
- Notifications : Purpose for confirming voice notification function
- Phone : Purpose for confirming Contacts information for voice notification function

Previously allowed permissions can be reset on Apps menu in device settings after software update.

Ratings and reviews

I only need to use this app like once every month or so, and every single time, it requires that i update it first before being allowed to launch it. So launching this app essentially takes me around 1-5 minutes every time which is such a large inconvenience i might as well just uninstall.

Edit: it seems to be working now, let's see how long it lasts It worked fine until it started to require an update that isn't on the play store (again). And you can't even bypass it by clicking update in the app and then quitting the play store anymore... I really wish i could completely opt out of these nonsense updates and keep a working version.

Still needs to work for older samsung buds. Just because they're an old pair of buds doesn't mean they should take them off the website and make you really really search for them in hopes that you'll just buy a new pair , the old buds still have the name on there , and the samsung name should mean something. It's about honor a lot of people forgot about that would honor means.
