About this app

When charging the tablet, Daily Board gives you access to information that you will find useful in your daily life, as well as photos at all times.
A night theme is also available to help you prevent night glare.

• We tried to make them recognizable even from a distance and highlight their refined beauty.
• Set and use the layout in your desired shape.

▷ Photo Slide Show
• You can always view albums created in Samsung Gallery on the Daily Board.
• You can view photos shared by your friends and family by integrating Samsung Experience Service.
• Add images such as your favorite painting, and use it as your very own decorative piece.

▷ Memo Board
• You can post a to-do list, memos for your family, drawings your child made on the Daily Board, and family members can easily check them at all times.
• Live memo mode presents your memos with an animated view.
(You can switch modes at the bottom-right section of the Memo Board screen.)

▷ Music Controller
• Control music from the Daily Board. (Play/Pause/Skip)

▷ SmartThings
• SmartThings board was added to Daily Board.
• You can check at a glance the status of the devices registered with SmartThings and control them easily and conveniently.

- When connecting to the USB charger, you can tap a quick launch icon for Daily Board displayed on the navigation bar to launch it.
(Available only when the navigation bar style is set to “Navigation buttons.”. )

- The Daily Board app requires permission for notifications.

Ratings and reviews

It's a pretty useless app. I really dislike the whole "breathing" thing, it makes it hard to glance down and check information. I use an Android tablet for device testing at work, so I have mine plugged in on my desk a lot. It does a lot of things, clock, weather, music, etc, but it does every single one of them terribly and in the worst way possible. The clock is there, but that breathing effect is really distracting out of the corner of my eye. It doesn't show much music information, it would be nice if you could get some more info about the song from the internet, kind of like a Pandora display.

I use this app, but it is very limited in its usability. For one, you have only a few uses. So if you're playing music, it displays very limited information about the songs you're playing. It'd be nice to have album art and so forth on display. It'd also be nice to have the Google Assistant or something like a Google Home option for when it's docked. Or even the ability to select your Google Photos (or specific Photos albums) to display, Instead, you can only display downloaded pictures. So lots of limitations. Not really all that useful.

Neutral could be good. Needs more clock options. Smarthings setting need overhaul. Disconnects randomly. Forces you to force close both apps to reset. More development. App hasn't seen a update in forever. Needs ability to submit errors.
