what is going on?? I got a push notification saying "Verizon Protect is now here!" but I can't even get it to move past literally the second setup screen, "allow notifications." no I don't want to email you. I see dozens of recent reviews saying the app stopped working, so like, maybe accept it's on y'all's end and fix it. if Call Filter stops working because this app is unusable, I'm gonna consider switching companies after literally 20 years.

This is a no thanks from me. I pay for call filter, but can't use it unless I let this program run nonstop on my phone. When it runs nonstop it'll chew my battery up when the phone is sitting there idle. Absolutely useless garbage. I've had call filter for years and loved it, but i don't need this intrusive app running nonstop farming me for more data to sell to the highest bidder. I do not want this app, did not ask for this app, and have no use for this bloatware.

This is a very useless app. It's disappointed me, especially in your security. Because I have had, I won't get into it. Because it's a long story, & it's kind of personal. But you never detected it,& I've had it for a long time and different people have been on my phone, & you've never ever detected it. I find your app useless& I don't know if Walter but we've been customers for 20 years. I'll be getting a new phone, new service. And what's that with partners w/ google, now I understand.
