Ratings and reviews

Up till the most recent update, i had been pleased with this app. It provided the necessary items to keep me safe. I did not like I could not access the weekly found issues (i.e. Clear cache, restart phone, etc ) by clicking on the notification. After the update, I had to disable the program as it would not allow me to have internet service via cellular data. I'm hoping another update will come out and fix this bug soon.

App seems fine but all of a sudden I receive Very frequent notifications that "Verizon Protect is working in the background". 9 times in the last hour alone. Each time a blank white box appears in my notification bar. Very annoying. OK to work in the background without constantly reminding me. Nothing in settings that helps.

I am now stuck with a white square notification icon telling me my wifi is no longer secure when there were zero issues the day/YEARS before and now the app freezes and crashes in every attempt to open. I don't know what stealth updates you tried to push but it made everything worse. Edit: Found the "fix" for now. It was the VPN feature of the app that forced itself on somehow. Turning it off helped somewhat. Still dealing with the white square notification and app crashes but not as often.
