absolutely horrible. I can't believe this is the app Verizon pushes. it's incredibly slow (so is the website). they disabled parental contols from your actual router and require this app. the list of connected devices don't show their IP. every page starts from the beginning, so if you go back, you have to restart the entire process. incredibly vague options with no descriptions, not even a help link or a tip. I can go on!

I'm fine with the Verizon app. However, I do not appreciate the changes made with a previous upgrade. So inefficient. Why were all the app icons removed? Now I have to go into settings, scroll to apps, scroll or search for an app for what I want. Every app I used was in order for my easy access. Now I even have to search for clock to set a timer or alarm. Poorly done

Any time I try and sign into the app to simply pay the bill, the account screen freezes and gets stuck in a loading circle until my phone screen times out. Then the assistant app does the same thing with a loading symbol. I've experienced issues paying with Verizon and have mentioned this to their staff. There is no reason for anyone to go through hoops and obstacles to pay for a service. Do better.
