Have had no issues since I switched from AT&T. Have had no connection issues. Speedy customer service overall. The buying experience was fast and easy, and the trade-in promo was amazing for the S24 Ultra and Watch 6 Classic. Overall, I am happy. Would recommend if anyone. But like everything else l, everyone has different experiences and issues. So I hope anyone new gets the feeling of an upgrade switching 🤟

As usual. Absolute nonsense. Constantly having to log into an app over and over and over throughout the app. Nonstop. I've had to login 7 times browsing through the app trying to use it. I can even pay my bill because it keep refreshing and going back to the main page. Can't get chat help because it just asks to login, Again, but won't let me login even though I've logged in 7 times already. Verizon you just can never get it right !! 😡

Terrible app that rarely does what I actually need. None of the contact options work, including the Verizon assistant. It just continues to load. It will not let me manage my devices either. There is an unknown charge on my bill and I'm not able to get in touch with Verizon through the app. I will call, which will likely take hours, per my previous experiences. I very rarely leave reviews, but I'm so disappointed in this app, and it's not just today. Every time I use it, there seems to be issues

What's new

Home customers are now able to register their Home account from the My Verizon app.

Customers can now see how many notifications they have (from the Account page), and will see an indicator (red dot) if they have new messages.

Home and One Verizon ID customers can access Home Legal links in Account edit profile & settings.

Combined payment settings entry point for One Verizon ID customers in Account edit profile & settings.
