It makes paying my bill easy. But that's all it's good for. The credit card scanner to skip manual entry doesn't work. And it requires a "nickname" for the card, but never remember a it so I am forced to re enter my info Everytime. I end up calling in half the time because it's just as easy and actually remember my info
Thank you for Everything you have done for me in the past! I appreciate all of you technicians, door techs at store, and I must say ABSOLUTELY the Managers and of course your phone techs👷👱👩 and REPAIR! Yes, Verizon REALLY surprised ME, alright! Instead of me surprising you! Plus I was given 2 free Extra GB, FOR being a Long time customer! Tysvm! Some things I don't like, tho I'll let Vzn know, as They Do always fix issues when a customer calls. Plus they give pertinent information regarding Much help to walk you through fixes and issues step by step, patiently.
The update has made the widget pointless. It never updates your data usage. The only way you can (sometimes) get data usage update is if you fully go into the app, and that barely works. Please stop making everything more complicated and less efficient than it needs to be. Before, I could at least turn my data on and off and that would update data usage. Now, you can't even do that.
A lot of features are missing unless you are the primary account holder. Plus everytime I try to pay my bill it switches the payment amount. That means after confirming what you want to pay you have to read enter the amount. After you confirm the account you have to read enter the amount. After you confirm your payment info, you have to read enter the amount. Then when you confirm the payment amount....you guessed it, you have to read enter the amount. If you're not paying g attention you could end up overpaying. Which is what happened to me. Paid for 2 months. And you can't cancel a payment once it's entered.
I really like being able to see so much information at a a glance. It's also really convenient to pay the bill through the app. When paying, I am able to input all the info and set it to pay today or a day that I specify in the future. My only real complaint is that although I am on the account as a manager (it's a family acct) I am unable to see a complete, detailed bill. That privilege is reserved for the acct owner. If I have all the rights and privileges of an owner online and in the store, that viewership should apply to the app also.
Doesn't update, takes forever to load & login. I liked the simplicity of the previous version. Wish i would have not updated. I run the health check and it just gives me a blue circle forever. I have been waiting for over 10 mins. Stupid! Also no other user on our plan can use this. I'm not going to give my kid access to bill info and shopping! Really stupid!
