I hate this app. Everytime I go to pay my bill I get pissed off with all the issues. I have to figure out how to log in bc there's always an issue with the password, once I do log in it just continuously tries to load the page but nothing happens. I try to click on deals but nothing ever gets changed, I'm already enrolled in autopay stop trying to tell me to switch to autopay. Verizon is so lucky I'm lazy and don't want to put the work in to switch to something else but I'm ready for it now.

This app doesn't work. When I click on something, the screen turns all white. Many buttons to click on are non responsive. It constantly logs me out and makes me log back in, over and over again. If I get an email from Verizon telling me there's an update and to click on the link , when I click on it, it just takes me to the Verizon app and I can't ever find the update that is mentioned in the email. There are SO many bugs with this app, it has rendered it useless.

I only have Verizon wifi, the app is pretty good when it works but it's a bit glitchy at times which can be frustrating. I've noticed that periodically the app resets and requires a whole renewal log in and that process is a pain in the butt!!! Update - the app has gotten waaaay better and love the improvement. It's easier to use and fast. My wifi is pretty decent, I can't say it's any better than the AT&T Fiber I previously had, they are about the same in terms of speed.

What's new

Home customers are now able to register their Home account from the My Verizon app.

Customers can now see how many notifications they have (from the Account page), and will see an indicator (red dot) if they have new messages.

Home and One Verizon ID customers can access Home Legal links in Account edit profile & settings.

Combined payment settings entry point for One Verizon ID customers in Account edit profile & settings.
