Pretty good file-app-state transfer app. Some limitations and road bumps, nothing serious. Essential if you're migrating your phone. Makes life vastly easier than, say, five years ago. It's under your control and no longer reliant on Verizon's shifting support policies. That's a great feature, not a bug.
Simply another way for Verizon to ditch customer service No longer will they help You in the store anymore they send you home with a stupid piece of paper and tell you you have to do-it-yourself. Not everyone is Tech savvy. I guess I'm the only one that thinks that it's just another way for Verizon to put it to the customer!
The only thing it manged to transfer were the pictures and videos. I wanted to pull those up on Google and download them on my computer. Verizon showing their poor customer service, yet again.
Easy and fast. The only snag was I have tons of messages since I have had my old phone for 3 years and the app was not able to transfer the messages. A great addition would be to allow the option to transfer messages from a specific date range or specific contacts.
For Android to Android experience it was awesome. Never had to go into Verizon store. Just get an unlocked phone and transfer your SIM and extra memory card and Google cloud first. Then use this app to transfer from your old phone what was left behind. It walks you through the process. Need to install app on both phones first.
Almost perfect! It took 6 attempts, but finally worked unlike the WORTHLESS Verizon person who works at the Orange, CA store on Tustin Avenue who insinuated that I was an idiot for insisting my Pixel XL did NOT come with a second cable to use to transfer the data. Thank You Stockton, CA on Pacific Avenue for hooking me up with this app!
