The new version of the app doesn't work. every 7-Eleven I go into now that I used to go into historically can't scan the new barcode format. they fight with it for like 5 minutes. the line goes really long. it just won't scan and then I leave with nothing because I use this instead of cash. also all those ads that pop up before I can get to the barcode function slow me down at the cash register and the whole point of the app and using it is to speed my cash out experience.

This is an excellent app. Pull up to a pump, activate and pay right from app, no worries about your Credit Card being skimmed at the pump. same for Car Wash, pull up and done. paying in store is easy with the scan and pay option, scans your rewards, prompt coupons and rewards, can redeem immediately, and the rest is charged to your default payment method. the app works 99 percent of the time, better than most apps in my experiences.

was great at first. quickly has become extremely terrible on the customer service front. I have been double charged on two separate occasions, and their support email says to respond to email or call; number doesn't work, email goes to mailer daemon failure. and most recently I put $50 on my wallet, and as soon as I do, no store accepts scan and pay. the map sure says they do, but as soon as you get physically near the store, it's suddenly unavailable
