About this app

Sentara MyChart provides you access to your health information and helps you conveniently, and securely, manage care for yourself and your family members. With Sentara MyChart you can:

·Communicate with your care team.
·Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
·Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
·View your After Visit Summary® for past visits and hospital stays, along with any clinical notes your provider has recorded and shared with you.
·View and pay your medical bills.
·Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.

To access Sentara MyChart, you must first create a Sentara account. To sign up for an account, visit Sentara.com or download the app and click on Sign Up. After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your Sentara username and password each time. Then, make sure you have push notifications enabled to receive updates on your device when new information is available in Sentara MyChart.

App is extremely user friendly. Ease of access to important documents or clinical notes/appt details are right at the touch of your fingertips with the app. it also shows any upcoming appointments, and lists the previous appts you have had; so you can access documents without having to call or go to medical records. Honestly one of the easiest and most user friendly app for health is this app. if you have sentara mychart already, you can sign in with with mychart for easy access.

Sentara collects hundreds of millions of dollars a year in revenue, if not billions, while operating as a non-profit, but can't manage their app. Something is f#@ky. You'll get notification after notification, but won't be able to access your chart after using it for years. Just download Follow My Health and save yourself a lot of frustration and remember that ever other provider has a location on every corner across the country. If there was a zero star rating, this app would get that.

Like others, it keeps forgetting my password. Then, making you create a new one. But in order to create a new one, you have to tap one month at a time on their calendar, 66 years. People don't need your calendar to make it helpful and easy to type your birth date in, we're competent enough to do that ourselves,in order to tap one month at a time back 66 years.That's about 800 taps. I hope they fix that before im 90.
