online purchase failed but deducted Setel wallet money. and the report transection was not useful because you cannot get live agent but need to email them and to tell the problem from the start. if the app really can direct report the problem transection then this make user easy and save time this is the purpose of live agent unless you don't have one. for me now I were only use this apps for fuel because really troublesome if your wallet deductect but for nothing in return.

I parked at Alamanda shopping centre for about 15 to 20 mins and left, but this app was not so efficient and kept charging me until night time .I have left the alamanda parking since 2.10pm in the afternoon. no wonder in the help option they have provided general questions which is "how if I have left parking and the timing still running" the best joke ever.

Can't top up to pump petrol because it says I have reached my top up limit. Why would you implement a top up limit. From the start Setel was a redundant and useless app adding more inconvenience than usefulness now it's become clearly apparent. I am switching to Shell petrol starting tomorrow. Much easier to swipe my Bonus Link card to collect rewards than go through this nonsense.
