why don't you guys update or fix the bugs in your app. the amount has been deducted from the account but recharge failed. why is this so. so many times previously also face this issue. previously the page that opens after recharge was different and in systematic way but now the format is weird and it doesn't open in one time you have to refresh or open again, sometimes it looks like false payment page.

Very poor aap, most of the time not working properly even having a good 5g connectivity. Whenever i tried to login it never allows me to get login in first attempt, i need to relogin it thrice aur some times more 4 times after terminating the last session, it occurs almost every time. Need to improve the working of this app

The apps is nice,. But the toll free numbers or other mobile numbers which are given to contact in case you need to clarify the deductions or any other issues with regard to smart meter are absolutely hopeless and not working at all. I have tried calling them 3 to 5 days several times but not a single time they responded me.This 8s very same full.
