Limited on displaying bills. You can do the basic functions. You can pay bills. If you need to do research on billing. You need to use the web access.

The scheduler didn't pay my bill. I had to go back in and pay manually several days past the due date. Luckily customer service worked with me and dropped the late fee. Please fix this.

It's an awesome app functionality wise. Great job Wash Gas. I rated it 3 stars cuz the 2nd time I tried 2 use it I kept getting notices it was temporarily unavailable. Message for Wash Gas, please fire your staff responsible for keeping the app running. This is the year 2023, not 1993, stuff should work. Your tech staff in charge of app are failing at their jobs, so get rid of them.
