Supposed to make refueling easy, but app load time can be long, slowing down the whole refueling process. Needing to scroll down at homepage to reach the "Pay for Fuel" button means the homepage is full of unnecessary clutter (ads are too big and "in your face"). Refueling limit of RM200 each time makes users who use more expensive fuels or have cars with bigger fuel tanks needing to repeat the whole payment process on their phone, which is NOT convenient at all. Please fix all these issues

the most useless app ever. after them getting all my details for registration, I can't ever use it. not even once. so no loyalty point accrued for the past week, only getting pointless ads urging me to use the app for the first time to pay for fuel, which can't be done because this app just doesn't work. please delete all my personal data. and I am going to flag this app as inappropriate.

Please upgrade to something better and easier for users. The app cannot find a nearby gas station even though it is already at the correct station. Before this problem occurred, there was no problem for the app to find or detect nearby gas stations, but recently this problem has occurred and is making it quite difficult for users of the SHELL app. It has been 2 weeks since this problem has been resolved, please ask the responsible party to always monitor what the problem is with your apps.
