Ratings and reviews

I hate using the shipt app instead of Target. Now an order for delivery gets redirected. If you hit back, you have to start your search all over. For example, if I type "Clorox" I get a list of items, I may want 3 from that exact list, but in order to get the right size and amount I have to click one. Once you hit back, the list of clorox products is gone and now you have to begin the search and scroll down again. It's inconvenient. The Target app is much more user friendly.

Once you become a new member there are no express fees, but after 5 months, they add a $7.99 express fee on top of the high product fee. If you don't pay for the express fee you have to wait three hours for your order to be delivered but in the meantime, you get so many texts from the shopper informing you that they will be your shopper.

Shipt is the best! Just when you think they can't get any better, they send you a notification stating that if something in your order request is out of stock, they will send an additional shopper to get the out of stock items at another store for no additional cost! WOW!!!!!!! BRAVO SHIPT!!!!!!! Amazing!!!!!!!
