I cannot find how to input a new review so I update the old one: I have problem logging in using singpass, at least need 2 or more attempts. Latest problem is making payments using dbs card. Dbs changed from otp to push notifications by tapping the approve button but although it show authentication successful but transaction didn't get through. Same problems happened with Health Hub.

Terrible reminder system. What is the point of sending only ONE SMS reminder ONE day before appointment? Reminders be progressive (one week + one day). Now they want to do away with the SMS reminders....but the App requires constant signing in to get any notifications. How will that work? Rescheduling some appointments, especially for children can't even be done in the app but all the instructions tell us to use the App / download the app.

Unable to log in using Singpass for the past month. Either the QR just stay as is or be directed to a blank page. Used to be working like a charm and this happen. 2nd time I encounter this problem. No wonder patients prefer to go to the polyclinics/hospitals to have all their services done on the spot.
