The map issue has been mentioned here several times & is probably the most useless part of the app, but trying to plan trips using this app is quite difficult. You can only purchase the most basic ticket options in-app. Anything else has to be done online or a kiosk. App was moderately functional before, but as of today, just crashes & doesn't open. Huge problem, since I purchased my monthly pass on the app on my phone, had to swipe my bankcard to get home. Also can't report lost cards in app.

Extremely buggy, particularly for international travelers / visitors. This is due to the security protocols within the app design. It is only possible to make one purchase with each credit or debit card added to the app. Any attempts at a subsequent purchase will be automatically declined. Once you've been able to load a ticket or pass onto the app, it's great. Works on every mode of transport within the Stockholm region.

Update: I've come to rely on the map feature and planning seems better than it used to be. i still wish it would hold weekly and monthly passes. Useful only because it has a map and processed e-tickets. Not good for planning or scheduling. Google does a fine job of that, though. This just becomes an accessory. Would be really nice if it held weekly and monthly passes.
