useless -- accomplishing anything with this company is so complicated -- i cant use my former account on the current app. -- can't start a new account -- it keeps telling me to plug-in my Bro to sign-up which i've never had -- it says my # is invalid but been using it for a year (can only re-load thru a 3td party) -- all this, and the data signal coverage and consistency of Smart is the worst i experience on the planet in all my travels
