You get locked in to promos that and won't allow you to upgrade until they expire, so if you want to keep using your phone, you have to keep buying the same promo. Then when you haven't been able to expend the money you put on your phone by buying a larger package, they take it and say "well you were warned that you only have 60 days to use it". But you get locked into promos that don't allow you to spend more until they expire even though the data for that promo is all gone. Don't load promo

Not isolated but has happened a few times already - when you pay via the app, it sometimes says the transaction failed, so you repeat the payment process. You will later see that both transactions were actually successful, so you paid twice. * In response to smart UX team reply to my comment above: you are asking for too much work from my end. As it was a credit card payment, it will be time for my next month's billing before you are even able to reverse that. Take it as advance for next bill

Payment functionality sucks. Since the update from Giga to Smart, the process requires 2 OTPs, the 1st is for a reason unclear. The 2nd is for credit card payment (it was only this OTP before.) After I enter the useless 1st OTP, it's supposed to direct me to the CC pmt pop up but guess what, it errored out 4x today. And between those I made several attempts but didn't go thru because of possible dupe. I cannot & should not be spending 30 mins to figure out how to pay my bill!
