App does NOT work! I typed my email and password in, click the login button, and poof!, it disappears!! Works just fine on your website in Google. But the app goes nowhere! It still won't log in, app is garbage!! Emailing support is a joke, I get a message back saying that they no longer support the app, to call the number on the card! Waste of time, it has never been addressed nor corrected, so I'm deleting this app!

Keeps crashing. Will say "needs update" when no update is available. Trying to delete and reinstall. Overall frustrating programming, not user-friendly for an app designed for a program that supports seniors and disabled people. Get it together. Every month with every update, brings more issues. Please prioritize work on this app.

the things that are approved on this app aren't always approved at the register, no matter which store you go to. y'all need to fix this!! Update: emailing you guys or calling you with questions doesn't help when I'm holding up the line at Walmart every time I use my card and the things that are supposed to be covered are not being covered once I'm at the register. It's gotten to the point where I can only go to Walgreens and pay double cause I can't go to places I can afford.
