Ratings and reviews

I will be skipping Sony when it's time to get new headphones because of this app. There are a ton of features that don't work right and detract from the experience. For instance, if auto-off is enabled, when I lift the headphones off my ear momentarily it stops the audio and the only way to fix it is to reconnect Bluetooth. Really a pain when you are on a zoom call and your kid comes in to ask you a question. I'm not sure if anyone at Sony has ever used this app. They probably all use airpods.

To put it bluntly... these earbuds are the s**t!!! No doubt way more than I expected. Everything from the Assistant to listening to concerts that are playing anywhere in the world, live and in real time, from the comfort of your couch. (Requires a free app that works seamlessly with the Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds.) Amazing sound. Top notch noise cancelation...etc,etc,etc...

The sony linkbuds would be awesome, if this app would allow me to connect them primarily to my account phone. Every time I plug them I to my ears they connect to any Bluetooth device except the one that I want to use. I then ATTEMPT, to open this app and all I see is a spinning circle saying that it is trying to connect. Thanks sony I'll be buying airpods or sennheiser products in the future.
