This is for the overall airline. The app is a bit klunky, but workable. The reason I had to knock it a star is because one time I was still 25 mins from flight takeoff and they JUST started boarding. They DENIDED me my seat because I forgot to check in. That is STEALING. I was well within my rights to take my seat as I had no checked bags. Other than that, it has been a pretty good experience overall. The new "go comfy" seats setup is a really good idea!

this trip was so hard to book. yesterday. spent 3 hours. The web didn't work, when I went to chat they told me they would send me a payment link but instead I got an error saying that they were having system problems, after 3 hours they transferred me to a actual person I could talk to, but when they told me that they couldn't complete the reservation I just gave up. today I used the app The app kept timing out. if I hadn't been booking for a group I would have give up again.

Terrible! we were told to avoid extra charges on bags, we needed to check in online more than 4 hours before departure. Nobody told us that so we paid extra. On the way back we checked in 6 hours ahead of schedule online and were told that discount is only applicable for "Go Savvy" upgraded customers! We didn't save one dime by checking in early and got screwed just the same! We're done!
