Ratings and reviews

I find Starbucks to be a place where I can come find a friendly environment and participate similar to a library. The app is somewhat helpful. Any app provides faster service and more options for customers internationally. You choose what beverage or food item you like and this is all a part of being an American in a world full of choices. I found the app helpful.

Works great, only issue is for people like me that submit expenses for reimbursement. Receipts in app don't list the date until the day after the transaction (until then it just says "Today") which means I can't submit expense reports immediately. Very annoying, very niche. edited to add a new issue: if they mess up your order there's no way to fix it other than going back to the Starbucks in person which is almost never worth it so you're just stuck with whatever they gave you.

I've noticed that I've been double charged for mu orders over the last six months. Wasn't sure til yesterday when I had less than $2 and reloaded funds to pay. remaining balance was less by twice the amount of my order. I'll be calling customer service. Just beware. update 1/01/26. called customer service and explained how ive been getting double charged. They saw where it recently occurred and referred it to research. of course, research didnt see it. Im out $50, at least, possibly more.
