Ratings and reviews

It's been over a month since I've been able to access our bank account through this app. I followed the instructions to reset my password multiple times. My username has been changed. Nothing works. We're still locked out.

More difficult to log in. It shouldn't be this difficult to login to online banking every time. It would be nice if we could at least use a pin like most other banking apps

I have been with this bank since 2015 and I've never had a problem with them.
