Ratings and reviews

The financial monitoring is horrible. Every single account I have added to monitor always disconnects randomly and often. Does not matter which institution it is. Then they don't want to reconnect for days. It also does not alert you when an account disconnects. Then I have to go in and add my login info everyday for each account to try and get them to reconnect. I don't understand why it is so unreliable. This has been going on for months at this point. Very disappointed for the price point.

I've had the Norton lifelock service for a few years. They are always very good at alerting me when someone is doing something nepherios. I find fallowing the instructions rather daunting though. If I make a mistake in the prompts, I can't get back to change what I selected. Other than that, it is fine.

I love Norton, I do. I have used them for many years, my only issue is that when I first started using them, a lot of the features were included in the price. Now though, it feels like everything outside of basic protection is now extra, and not by a little either. It costs the same or even more than the yearly sub for virus protection.
