This app was amazing until it wasn't. on December 5, 2025, this app became utterly unusable. It no longer lets me pay for rides. Their "support" team provides no support at all. They used to be a better option than Uber. but that's no longer the case. update 11/12/2025 - last week they stopped me from paying via Pix. As of today, they're not letting me pay via credit card. The app says my account is normal. I'm trying to delete my account now, but the delete feature isn't working properly.

the worst application ever. Whenever I think that I am saving money by using, I only figure they were charging me more on my bank account. what is worse than that whenever I cancel all right before even the driver accepts it, I get charged the total amount in my bank account without any refunding. I highly recommend not to even think about using it

I'm used to use this app, but it is getting so expansive. I think 99 got an update, so it got more expensive then normal. oh and I hope ya'll solve our problem about the drivers tag as don't paid. I payed a trip and the driver said I didn't pay. so I had to to spend more money on it
