Terrible. First the app doesn't allow you to not check the receive the marketing details before proceeding. Then the payment failed for no reason and I could not find anyway to get back to that transaction to re-pay. So I tried another booking the app then said i cannot book duplicate transaction. Over all ui is bad, spent such a long time in the app ended up with no ticket.

Best customer service in the world from an airline. Gold standard, noone comes close. They helped me time and time again. Always fly Thai Lion Air. They just refunded me $200 for the 3am flight I was not able to take because I had overstayed 1 day and like 30 minutes in a country. I never even got around to calling them because I figured it was lost! I am shocked. You can call and change flights too.. they changed my flight for free and the staff is so nice. God Bless this company!!!!!

So when the payment doesn't go through properly you can't actually see the booking but then you cant redo the booking because it says there's a duplicate booking but there's not a duplicate booking so can't do anything.
