Each update gets more and more frustrating. First frustrating update was when you had to click on "use biometrics" to be able to login using them, rather than it automatically popping up like it used to and like how it does on every other app. Now? You need to click "login" then click "use biometrics" to be able to get into your account. Why show me a screen that gives the option to create a new account if I already have one connected?? Also constant errors. Stupid. Good thing I'm almost done.

The app is fine, except when it decides that it's randomly not going to let you pay on certain dates. At best that's an inconvenience, but at worst it could lead to a lot of issues. I've never encountered a problem like this with any other payment app, And sometimes I wonder if it's a bug. Even my local credit Union that serves 7,000 customers with a building the size of a McDonald's lets me log in online and pay my bill whenever I want. Why can't Toyota financial services?

If it's not broke don't fix it. The old app worked perfect. Easy to navigate. I went to pay this month's car payment and app says needs to upgrade. I went to play store would not up grade. Turned phone off and on to reboot. Nope. Uninstalled app and tried to reinstall. Nope. So now what. Just leave everything alone.
