This app is completely broken. I have never been able to successfully log in. The app continually errors out and despite trying more than a reasonable person should. The process always breaks durring the verification stage. After speaking with a few friends and family, it seems I am not alone with this problem or other issues with the app. Every single one of them tells me they pay through the automated customer service line instead. 🙄 What a pain.

Used to be amazing. Ever since they rolled out this "newly updated" version, it has just been awful. I always make sure to split my payments up between the month, but when I got on today to pay the second half of my charge, it said that the previously scheduled one (at the beginning of July...) still hadn't gone through yet! All on top of the fact that you can't even get into the app 75% of the time. Feel bad for those being penalized for a missed charge due to the incompetence of this app..

The app is convenient to pay and monitor your balance, but it lacks effective programming. It now requires you to verify with a 6-digit code, which it consistently fails to text you. I have to select the option to have the code emailed after the fact, and sometimes it doesn't allow even that. It will not remember the device. I've repeatedly set up fingerprint verification and it never goes through, but always asks me if I'd like to set up fingerprint verification. Good idea, poor execution.
