I strongly advise you pay your car note over the phone. This app glitches like crazy, and if something goes wrong, go ahead and pull from your emergency fund because they will not cancel a transaction. They will have to wait until the payment gets posted and then once that has been done, you'll have to request a refund, wich take 7- 10 business days. I will now only pay for my car note over the phone and have erased all access of my bank for them to use. They can't be trusted with bank info.

This app has been a pain since the start. Also, it wont let me log in with biometrics saying "you must first log in to use biometrics", but does this every single time defeating the purpose of biometric login. Calling Toyota Financial is also a pain and they wouldnt get me make a payment using a debit card when they didnt accept my banking information.

The new update would have been fine if it didn't make it a pain to log in. I kept having to endure "There is a problem on our end, try again later" at least 3 or 4 times each time I'd try to open the app. At least the updated version has the option of setting up recurring payments so now I don't need to open it up anymore, I'll just check my bank to make sure the payments are going through. Saves me the ball ache.
