Shared this app for business with one other person. They are only getting the texts a calls. Doesn't work on my end I have to log out and log in to see what I missed for it can refresh. Might have to look for a better option sadly. we dont want to miss something. update: is it possible to give this app 0 stars? now im not getting photos missing texts I feel like this app just getting worse.

The app is not working properly. I keep receiving a 500 error code. In the T Life app, my line is already paired and shows correctly. However, in the DIGITS app, it says there is no line associated with my account. When I try to add a line, I receive a 500 error code. On the website version, it repeatedly asks me to register the line every time I log in, and I also receive a 500 error there. My line is already active and paired in T Life, but DIGITS does not recognize it. Please investigate a

This app was a great idea when it was first introduced, but the update support has been abysmal. Too many text messages that are sent to me never come through, too many phone calls coming in don't show up. This needs a complete and total overhaul, a Version 2.0. But I often wonder if T-Mobile even still remembers that they have this app! 😒
