Ratings and reviews

Do not depend on this app. It's unreliable and horrible at best. It has been for many years, since 2022 that I know of, so it doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing it, although they claim to care about customer pain points. It works intermittently. Sometimes calls will come through, sometimes texts will come through, sometimes nothing; A toss up every day. It keeps giving a message that T-Mobile is experiencing technical difficulties.

Shared this app for business with one other person. They are only getting the texts a calls. Doesn't work on my end I have to log out and log in to see what I missed for it can refresh. Might have to look for a better option sadly. we dont want to miss something. update: is it possible to give this app 0 stars? now im not getting photos missing texts I feel like this app just getting worse.

The app does not work very well. Messages and calls are late or do not arrive. Typing out a message it will reload and delete half of what was typed. Calls comes in and I do not know if it is from my main line or the second line. The Digit app line rings through as if it is my main phone number and their is not way to tell the difference. Contacts from the phone do not auto transfer to the Digit app. These are all very annoying and make it very frustrating to try to use Digits.
