Been using Net 10 for years with ATT sim. Had very little problems with service as long as don't have to change anything. Why I am not switching to Verizon sim unless have to. Don't want to deal with problems switching and porting phone number. Only problem I have had with app is getting additional purchased data to show up in app.

Trying to add service & It's telling me "login failed", tried the website, when I hit continue, nothing happens, tried to text to 611, got "we are unable to process your request", said to call 611 & the auto message said to call after 7am due to system upgrades.... I hope that's what's going on, because I'm within 7 days of service end date & I was trying to add to my reserve. I've had this provider 4 years & I do like them, but Net 10 should notify when they are planning to do upgrades...😮💨

Customer service told me to try reinstalling this app. It still doesn't work. it won't let me login. I tried changing my password, but it won't actually send anything to my email. It claims to, but no email shows up. Not happy.
