absolute steaming trash! not only do I have to put my password in 5 times and have 3 verification codes sent to me before I can use it, when I can finally use the app, it doesn't work right, I try to upgrade my phone, and it layers on multiple windows of the same page that disappear and reappear making navigation close to impossible, and when I finally get it to work right, previous pages just show up and can't be dismissed, so I have to start all over again, password and verification codes too

I've never had any issues with straight talk nor the app, I've always used the website to refill my service. Recently upgraded to the unlimited 65$ data card and after one or two times using the hotspot, it doesn't grant access to anyone connected. IVE TRIED EVERYTHING . Then I try to access the account dashboard to be sure theres nothing wrong there, I get a 'somethings wrong' error. Updating to see if it fixes the issue.

I'll be switching service providers in the near future. Any time I reach out for technical support, the queue is in the triple digits, and the times I've managed to actually speak with an agent, my singular problem "I can't turn on my hotspot" has never been resolved. Agents will close chats as I'm trying to gather info they request, or I get transferred to another line that just ghosts me. And any attempt to leave feedback on their god awful customer support, is met with a page that never loads
