Amazing app and awesome service! I can go directly on the app an order from any local restaurant, and the drivers never fail to get my order right. The prices are comparable to most other delivery apps. I also love how the app provides a phone tracking capability, so the driver is able to track my phone right to my location and not have to ask me where I am. I highly recommend Uber Eats for anyone who wants to order a convenient lunch or meal and doesn't want the hassle of getting it personally.

Uber Eats makes ordering food super convenient, with lots of restaurant choices and a smooth app experience. But, the prices are pretty steep—items cost more than they do at the restaurant. Plus, the extra fees for delivery and service add up fast. Sometimes it feels like you might as well just drive and pick up the food yourself to save some money.

Fix canceling orders. The option needs to be easier to get to. You need to have an obvious cancel button. I should not have to go through a help section and start an entire chat session for a process that should take three button clicks. All you need is select the order, push cancel, and one last click for confirmation to avoid accidental cancelations. Not a drawn out chat session that may or may not even work. Also, the fee for cancelation even if you JUST placed the order is super high.
