About this app

The UCHealth app helps you take charge of your health. Our app is a safe and secure gateway to My Health Connection, allowing you to:
• Schedule or cancel appointments
• Renew or refill prescriptions at your UCHealth pharmacy
• Use your device for Virtual Visits with your provider
• Message your provider
• View test results
• Connect data like weight, pulse, and blood pressure from your devices to your health record using the Apple Health app (HealthKit)
• Find the nearest clinic, urgent care, or emergency room
• Save your spot in line at the urgent care that works for you
• Read your doctor’s notes
• Pay bills securely and easily
• Search for UCHealth doctors
• Use Reminders and goals to help yourself remember to take your medication, exercise, and maintain other habits that keep you healthy.

Ask Livi, our UCHealth virtual assistant, to help you out with any task listed above. Ask her things like, “show my test results," "when is my appointment?," "get me information on Virtual Visits" or even “find me something fun to do this weekend.”

Nice hospital interface app EXCEPT for one extremely annoying feature called "find your way" that keeps wanting location access and to run in the background. It would be fine if you had the option to turn it off but as it stands right now you don't. So if you accidentally turn it on you have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to turn off, and if it's off it keeps notifying you to turn it on. It feels very manipulative, and makes me not even want to use the app despite the convenience.

Thanks for your feedback Justin and we understand how frustrating that must be. We’d like to understand the details of the problem you mentioned. Please send the details or screenshot(s) to dpx@uchealth.org. We'll pass it along to our development team and see if there is any way we can improve it.

This app is a disaster: it takes the functionality of MyChart and shoves in a bunch of garbage that takes up 90% of the screen. On the bottom half are news articles that I do not want or care about and the top half has an enormous, useless banner. Instead of giving me easy access to my medical information, I have a tiny strip in the middle that's difficult to navigate. It's appalling that a healthcare tool is this poorly designed. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Great... When it Works When I first got the app, it was really helpful for getting in contact with my doctors, getting results, and keeping track of my appointments. For the last few months, it's stuck in UCHealth today when I open the app and won't let me go to the main menu to do anything else. So now I can't message my doctors or see results. Very frustrating when I see multiple specialists on a regular basis.

Hi Ali, So when you log in you are stuck on a news story? Do you not have the "< Back" icon at the top and the back button for Android doesn't take you back to the home page? We would like to help you with this issue. Thank you, UCHealth Mobile App Team
