I have flown nearly 1 million miles with United and never had a major issue. Until recently: I booked a trip for my wife and son with miles and my ticket with cash, through a United booking agent. Months later, I got a message saying that the tickets booked with miles were not valid and the trip needs to be canceled. United then gave me less than a year to use the flight credit for the ticket purchased with cash. I have to opportunity to use that credit of $2400. Thank you United!

App is extremely clunky and not intuitive: - Sends push notifications every minute if I don't force close the app. I've changed the settings too - Why is there a seat map scrolling left to right (ew) and up and down depending how I select - I have to click on check in, change seats, etc twice to get there. First click fake loads - I have to click on like 6 buttons to get what I'm looking for. The process flow is too bloated - Crashes randomly & slow Please just copy AA's app, so fast and clean

Downloaded for an upcoming fight. There was an option to add my passport information so it would be done before I get to the airport, except the app crashed every time I tried to save it. I messaged customer support and received an answer, but when I go to look at the response, it's a blank screen. Very frustrating
