don't bother with this bank unless you like problems and hate security. I had all of my money drained from my Thai UOB account but I never used that card so it could only have been internal. I didn't bother to talk to bank because every time I have they've been incompetent. also they only stopped my card after my account was empty after 2 weeks of obviously fraudulent payments. do not trust these Banks.

The app is holding my money hostage, the KYC face verication is useless. I am in a well lit area, yet the app "cannot detect your eyes." Other local banking apps are much less painful.

The worst home banking app in Thailand. Slow, not user friendly and the face recognition scan system is really bad.
