UPS is my favorite carrier but the changes to this app have been frustrating. I think they were trying to improve the experience but it made it more cumbersome than necessary. 1)PLEASE SIMPLIFY VACATION HOLDS. Basing holds on each package is combersome and when going on vacation sometimes it impossible to put a hold on an individual package before disembarking as a result. 2)The app logs out too often. Might as well be a browser 3)turning phone orientation shouldnt change progress on workflows.

Less than stellar experience. App isn't keeping previously tracked numbers in history, so if you go back to check on possible updates in the tracking, you have to start over. Item shows as delivered, and offers a photo, but does not display photo. If it's an Amazon package, you can't go further with the UPS chat bot, it tells you to go to Amazon, even when it's UPSs problem, such as having not followed delivery insructions. I think I'll just add a shortcut to the browser site.

We used this app for our shipping. We're a small shop, and there's no desktop stations in the tiny warehouse. They updated this a few months ago and since then, we've had to go to a browser and the app is useless. It doesn't integrate with the saved customer addresses, it doesn't integrate with the box sizes, and entry for a shipping is backwards and horrible. This is now completely useless.
