Ratings and reviews

My only complaint is that the app needs a little more work on its system. The app randomly crashes, or errors will pop in when trying to search products, or do online orders. Overall, I recommend the Walgreens app all the time. You save money with coupons, able to keep track of your cash rewards, deals/sales that are going on within the stores. You get access for prescription updates, or the ability to request refills online. The app is really useful and simple. When it works lol

I like the discounts, but the app is usually glitchy. When I search for an item it may say what I'm looking for "isn't available right now." It works after trying several times. Today, I tried to look at BOGO offers and it "denied access" to the page. I tried to use my payment app several times today and it wouldn't return me to "the merchant," not even when I tapped the link, so I used a card. I had to enter my card info several times as it wouldn't accept my security code.

This app is useless. Every other button I push gets a pop up window saying "Service temporarily unavailable. Sorry something went wrong. We're working to resolve the issue - please try again soon". Over and over again. No one is working to resolve anything, the app's being doing that for ages. IF you can eventually place a pickup order, it's NEVER ready when you get there and you have to go get the items yourself anyway. The employees don't even know the order is there. Like I said, useless app!
