Your system is FLAWED! I have auto pay set up and it won't pay on that day and a day or two later it'll say that my payment is late. So tired of US cellular's app saying different than what the associate sees on their end. This is getting ridiculous!! Once again AutoPay didn't take my payment. Tired of hearing that it takes two to four billing cycles for auto pay to be situated. That's complete BS!! It shouldn't take that long for something to be "set" in a payment system!

App hasn't worked properly since the update in September, and neither has their website. Three months of having to jump through hoops just to pay my bill is not acceptable. Update: it's now 8 months later, and the app is somehow worse. Can't even get to the login screen. When I talked to customer service I was told to uninstall/reinstall and it would fix it. It did not. If I could give negative stars, I would. US CELLULAR - FIX YOUR APP.

Completely USELESS!!! App used to be okay. You could see your account balance and bill (not that the billing system makes any sense to begin with). Now i can't even log in on the app or the website because it directs you to an error page. US Cellular sucks and has never been worth any of the hassle I've dealt with from the beginning. They lie about their charges and then can't even make an app that works.
