Fast customer service and they had awesome plans. But as always, very misleading. They announce something and then they change it. Because of pricing it's worth it but it's no longer truly unlimited. But it's also because many people were abusing the hotspot policy. Thank you to everyone who abused it and now you lost it. Really sad. But removing plans and then switching on people is still not good. Usmobile basically just did a Bait and Switch.

The US Mobile service is fine, but the app has a few quirks. I had a hard time finding where I could pin my pool to my dashboard, and when I found it, the option was almost entirely below the bottom of the screen and I can't scroll down any farther. Since the last update (8/28/25), the pinned pool display briefly flashes then disappears leaving an empty space in the dashboard. No pool information at all there.

The US Mobile phone service is great. I've been using them for years. When I do have problems I've found the customer service very friendly and easy to reach. I've never even thought of going back to the big name carriers with high prices and hard to reach customer support. The Android app is only so-so, most of the time I try to use it I give up and switch to my web browser, most recently because a UI element wasn't rendered correctly in the app.
