I am reviewing the app a little higher now, but still any link from emails goes to the home page of the app and not where the link is for. To get some referral awards, I was guided over the phone 2 times and still can't figure out what I did to accept the terms and conditions to get the gift cards... A 5 - 10 minutes YouTube video clip on how to use the app and find the different things should help a lot.

It's been a great service with top speeds, even on a network that is less than optional for my home location, good data (more than I need, so I never need to think or worry whether I can update an app or watch something, for example), and the app seems to work fine as well! This has been a game changer over the big-name prepaid that I used to be with. I'm glad that I made the switch over a year ago.

It has some functions which is a start. There are some non-working links. I also don't like when I have to leave the app for more options only to have to sign in once again on browser. This is certainly fine for me but a lot of folks need those creature comforts to feel safe and trust a company. Also would be cool if it renewed month to month or date to date.
