I've no clue where are those low rates from, but I ve switched to us-mobile about 4 years ago, and I really happy with the service and the app. It had some issues of course, but improved for a lot! Immediate chat support just non-comparable, best of the best in US! Great job! Just don't get sick of richness! Stay simple and people oriented, that's the best receipt!

I am reviewing the app a little higher now, but still any link from emails goes to the home page of the app and not where the link is for. To get some referral awards, I was guided over the phone 2 times and still can't figure out what I did to accept the terms and conditions to get the gift cards... A 5 - 10 minutes YouTube video clip on how to use the app and find the different things should help a lot.

Enabled 2fa. Won't email me my authentication code. Becoming more and more frustrated with this app every update. Clicking resend does absolutely nothing. Been trying for hours. It says it was sent to the correct email, but nothing ever comes. Not even in my spam folder. app fails to retrieve my information. app tells me to contact support. gobto contact support through app. app tells me I need to update on Google play to contact support. Google tells me I'm already up to date...
