Ratings and reviews

The phone service is generally as good as any competitor with more affordable options. This app is disappointing. It seems like every time I open the app, something doesn't load right and looks strange on my account. Red text that prompts me to look closer. If I double check on the website, my account will look normal. I feel like I've wasted more time with this app than I've benefited from using it.

I used to have at&t and their app was plain horrible! it's like they made it hard for the user to interact with it! After my switch to USMobile it was like a breath of fresh air. app is easy to use, all the information is right there at the tip of your fingers. I have 2 lines mine and my daughter's and no problems managing multiple lines. Soon to add my wife to the equation. Most importantly they don't hide anything like my previous company did. Thumbs up USMobile. I'm so happy I came aboard!

The app is mostly good at what I need to accomplish to manage my account. However, the app focuses too much on adding lines (it's literally the central button on the menu AND the top link on the homepage "recommendation" section) when I'm already a customer. I'll figure out how to add lines when I need them and can't imagine many people are adding lines all the time to make it important enough to make it central to the app's functionality.
