I don't find the app intuitive, I am mostly lost within. I have heard good commentaries, but still can't find why. It was supposed to provide a detailed usage of the data, I couldn't even find where all that information is. Receiving emails with links to promotions and special referrals, the links go to the app and not to the promotion. So, I have to call customer service to get the information. Having the app installed to the phone, I can't get to the website with the latest specials, no good

It can feel like a lot at first, especially on your initial use. The flexibility and control we give users to manage things themselves is intentional. To make this easier, we’ve built a dedicated help hub (usmobile.com/help) that walks you through the app step by step, so navigating everything becomes much more intuitive over time.

Unfortunately this app is missing the most critical setting that's only available through the web site: the ability to turn Data Waster on. This wouldn't be as big of a deal if it didn't disable itself every month, making Instagram and some other apps laggy and blurry. (YouTube, meanwhile, will continue to guzzle bandwidth.) It's also bizarre that I need to provide a 2FA code from another app on my phone even after logging in with biometrics. That's already 2FA! (Device + Biometrics)

The US Mobile service is fine, but the app has a few quirks. I had a hard time finding where I could pin my pool to my dashboard, and when I found it, the option was almost entirely below the bottom of the screen and I can't scroll down any farther. Since the last update (8/28/25), the pinned pool display briefly flashes then disappears leaving an empty space in the dashboard. No pool information at all there.
