Ratings and reviews

Overall, the app does a good job of matching all the features and functions of their website. You can check your plan info, check data usage, chat with customer support, make changes to plans, billing, etc. The only change I would make is the option to remove the "recommendations" section, which has shortcuts to things I hardly ever use. If we could dismiss these recommendations or default to show more plan/data usage details, I think that would be more helpful and offer a cleaner interface.

The US Mobile phone service is great. I've been using them for years. When I do have problems I've found the customer service very friendly and easy to reach. I've never even thought of going back to the big name carriers with high prices and hard to reach customer support. The Android app is only so-so, most of the time I try to use it I give up and switch to my web browser, most recently because a UI element wasn't rendered correctly in the app.

USMobile network is quite competitive and challenges the big networks out there. The app is quite intuitive , provides all the info in organized way. It has all the easy options to reach out the customer support and make any changes to your account if needed. I recommend this app and service to my friends.
