US Mobile is a great cell service provider. My phone works more reliably (cell calls, Wifi calls, data rates, etc.) than my previous provider (T-Mobile), and at a more affordable price. Help was readily available and competent when needed to get my phone initially setup and working on the service. The app is easy to use, has all of the features that I need, and has always worked well.

The app is mostly good at what I need to accomplish to manage my account. However, the app focuses too much on adding lines (it's literally the central button on the menu AND the top link on the homepage "recommendation" section) when I'm already a customer. I'll figure out how to add lines when I need them and can't imagine many people are adding lines all the time to make it important enough to make it central to the app's functionality.

Excellent. Simple. Straightforward. Logical. I wish they were all like this. When I need to travel overseas and change my plan or get roaming, toppping up data, seeing my bill, everything is so easy to naviate--just one or two taps away. This is the OPPOSITE of Xfinity Mobile and other carriers that bury important information and access behind multiple illogical menus to keep you from making changes.
