Will re-rate when I can actually back up my messages again. Keeps asking for me to allow SMS permission, and even though it's been granted for over two weeks, and I've tried turning access off and on who knows how many times, the app still doesn't recognize it and sends a notification every 30 minutes to tell me to allow access.
I think it's a JOKE😟 1 out of 10 (maybe if I'm lucky) of my pictures are in the right month/year the rest are so missplaced and or I'm not able to locate them at all. It's especially interesting when I get a "throw back pick" alert for something that supposedly happened "this time last year...* and I believe I should know when my God Children were born, my Sons graduation was and h*'ll even multiple pics from a birthday party is, but CLOUD has the pictures from the wrong date, time and year is not very reassuring to me. If I *uninstall it* I risk losing them altogether. Taking 10 - ? pictures of somthing at a time coming up all over the place month/year not to reassuring either! 😡 I have inquired about this over tech support and in person at a corporate store right up to manger with the "I DON'T KNOW WHAT WRONG OR HOW TO FIX IT" REALLY OK!!
I used to love this app. Always worked great. I'd give it ZERO stars if I could now bc of the following: I recently cancelled service and all of my 25GB worth of pictures and videos are gone forever. Theres no way to get them back. Im way past their 30 grace period to reactivate and retrieve media. Im very very very sad. 25GB!!! GONE!!!
The cloud is a great package...I just wish it would not keep the pics you delete in its storage. I always take 3 or 4 pics of people because my medical disability now makes me shake some. I then pick one and erase the other 2or3. That is than extra waisted space in the cloud. Other wise onetime my phone was damaged and the CLOUD was able to still download my photos. I was thrilled.
Would be a good product, if they would actually allow you to connect to cloud to retrieve you pictures, it's going on 3 months since I could. Called customer support and tech, and was told 24hrs everything will be fine. Like I said 3 months and multiple phone calls and still nothing
I used to love this app because it let me save my pictures with no hassle, but now it won't back up any photos at all! Keeps saying service is unavailable but im connected to my secure home wifi or try to use my data. Either way, won't back up anything. This needs to be fixed
