A couple of months ago I noticed that the App won't back up my contacts anymore. I uninstalled the updates and got it to update my contacts using the old version. However each time the app auto updates it stops working. Now I've noticed that it also won't backup my contacts using the old version. What is the issue with it? I am using the free version just for contacts and have been a Verizon customer for 16 years. EDIT: AS OF SEPTEMBER 1ST IT HAS STOPPED WORKING AGAIN.

We appreciate your patience. An update was rolled out 8/6/24 that resolved the issue. Restart your device and you should again see the sync working as designed.

I'm positve that if this new android phone (on the lower end for burner phones) had a keyboard that was easier to use, and had an operating system that wasnt laggy it would be easier to capitalize collaborative features. This phone, like many PC's have a mind of its own. I tried the prepaid plan for awhile and I appreciate the discount you get that (as I need 2 phones) but if you miss a paymemt you get locked outfrom your verizon acct even if you have wifi

Seems to do everything it's supposed to. I just get aggravated with the loading process it takes to remove unwanted photos. If I click on a photo and delete it, it takes me out and starts me over from the top, along with if I delete multiple pictures. It does remove the photos eventually, but it seems to take the same amount of time to delete one as it does multiple pictures.
