Edit: wonderful support team helped fix the issue! TY!! ** I have to do a work around to see messages. When the app first opens to messages, the page is blank. I have to go to the home screen and then back to messages. This happened after the last update. I kept hoping it would be fixed. Also, if I enter the wrong passcode, it immediately says it's wrong before I ever press enter. Why not give me the chance to check it first and then press enter? Please fix it and may you have a wonderful day :)

The app needs improvement. Location needs to be better. Most frustrating thing is the video calls do not notify by vibrating. So if your phone is set to "vibrate only" you will miss all video calls. Only way to be notified of a video call is to have your phone volume up and blasting. I checked all settings and it's not just my phone. Happens on my wife's phone too. Very frustrating to not be notified of our child calling us. Need this fixed ASAP. It does vibrate for all other notifications.

Push notifications don't work on Android device. Chatted with Verizon for awhile and they confirmed it's nothing on their network. Quadruple-checked all notification settings on both the phone and in the app. Reached out to Gizmo via the FAQs area and haven't heard back, yet. I see this is an issue for other users, as well, so I don't think it's something unique. If they ever reach out and are able to resolve the issue, I'll update the review. If not, we'll be returning the watch.
