terrible app. you can't pay for vehicle wifi, there's no point of the app, then today I get a pop up saying there's a bug. Verizon agents are also terrible to work with.

Cannot add vehicle with IMEI number. When I try, the number dial pad keyboard comes up which only has numbers, no letters. Copy and paste doesn't work either.

Can't do anything in app, every screen is "cannot save or update because of technical difficulties"
