It's really frustrating to keep holding the customer care number and finally your prepaid balance get zero and line disconnects without speaking to an agent. If we use app there is no option relevant to my search and all replies are from bots. I am account holder since 2008 but really frustrated with banks customer service now adays. Everyone activated Ai which never helps !! kindly give me some toll free number or call back

worst as in. i received my interest amount in the end of month then i made a withdrawal and now mashreq is telling me they calculated my earnings and getting negative value for the next month lol i never experience this in my previous bank.super crazy. i think i need to find another bank. its my 2nd month and super crazy experience with mashreq. u need to calculate the earning in daily so if the balance maintained amount is less then it will not affect the computation for the whole month!

THE APP. IS GOOD BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE IS REALLY BAD. LONG WAITING PERIOD UNTIL GET IN TOUCH. I HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE IN ONE MAIN ISSUE WHICH IS THE "CASH DEPOSIT LIMIT". THE LIMIT IS VERY LOW, AND AFTER REACHING THE LIMIT I WAS NOT ABLE TO DEPOSIT CASH UNTIL COMPLETING ONE YEAR FROM ACCOUNT OPENING DATE. THIS IS HORRIBLE. I WAS OBLIGED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER BANK. I DON'T ADVICE PEOPLE WHO HAS MANY CASH TO DEPOSIT TO USE THIS BANK ACCOUNT. I ALREADY SENT AN E-MAIL FOR THIS ISSUE.
