Welcome to myVW, a drive-changing app with connected services from VW Car-Net®.¹ Enjoy a connected drive with Remote Access and more, whether you're right next to your vehicle or miles away.

Ratings and reviews

This app is an embarrassment. If you completely ignore all of the features that are missing, like basic things like door locking, reviewing efficiency, changing efficiency-related settings, being able to adjust lighting in the vehicle and more, it still sucks. Mine has another owners car in it (which can't be removed) so I receive notifications at all hours for incredibly stupid things like 'door open' 'window don't, and everything under the sun at all hours. Fix this trash VW!

App was working fine until this morning. It shows the vehicle but none of the functions in the app are working remote start remote lock also cannot access service menu. Update the app has mysteriously fixed itself. Due to the instability of this app I can only give it three stars for now. Update: 7/24/24 after latest update even if keep me logged in is selected I still have to put my pin in every time I open the app. This was fixed with the last update and now you reversed it. Get it together.

Update June 17, 2024 Notifications and location updates no longer function at all. Prior review: The app works okay and has good connectivity with our new car. Cons: it requires you to log-in in triplicate, and doesn't stay logged in. No notification for doors locked. Cannot opt out of "driving data collection". Ads. Update March 2024, notifications are no longer consistent.
