Ratings and reviews

This app used to be great. Now I have to sign in twice AND submit my phone number so they can send me a verification link to confirm my identity, even after I clicked yes to 'remember this device', all just so I can access my account activity. If you fix it so we can log in the way we used to, I'll change my review to 5 stars. I will not provide you with any contact info, because you already have it, and it's clearly an app issue, not an individual account issue. Please fix this.

Applied for card because of the discount on my phone bill and the 4% cash back on gas, groc, and dining. But this app is AWFUL! They need to take a lesson from ANY other credit card issuer on how to build a user friendly app. Difficult to navigate, transactions do not clearly show the rewards applied, rewards are shown by month instead of stmt period, and that ridiculous Synchrony logo seems to be very happily giving all of us the finger!

Necessary but flawed. If you use it to keep track of your "real-time" balance and payments, you're going to get lost. There's a lot of kag between pending charges and your balance. Also there's little bugs throughout the app. For example, when you make a payment it will disappear frim your activity section after the first day, then you'll see it 3 days later as processed. If you schedule a payment, it will disappear all together.
