The app is stuck since its last update. I literally can't do anything in it except see my balance. When I try to go into any screen, it wants to send me a security code, which I do get a text, but the screen never updates for me to enter the code. It just freezes and so I can't enter the code to get into my account or profile details.

The app was never good, but you have to give them credit they were about to somehow make it worse. Now when you login it prompts you to pick how you'd like to receive a verification code but there's nowhere to enter it on the screen when you receive it. So you can't make payments or do anything else. You can call the customer service line though. I would but I only have two weeks of PTO at my job.

Necessary but flawed. If you use it to keep track of your "real-time" balance and payments, you're going to get lost. There's a lot of kag between pending charges and your balance. Also there's little bugs throughout the app. For example, when you make a payment it will disappear frim your activity section after the first day, then you'll see it 3 days later as processed. If you schedule a payment, it will disappear all together.
