i was a bit too hasty with my initial review. I thought you couldn't split the repayments into smaller sums, but it doesn't give you the option initially, you have to select it after you've agreed to the plan. it was a little bit confusing to be honest, but after getting used to it, I'm fine with how this app works.. if you're bad at managing money, these apps can be dangerous, but I find them very useful for a quick advance, as long as you know you can afford to pay it back.

A withdrawal got "sent" to a bank account that was no longer active. Bank says this was returned to Wagetap. Both deny having the funds that I never got. Contacted wagetap and they can offer no solution other than saying to contact my bank. Now I have to make a repayment of the amount plus fees for a "withdrawal" i never got.

Very handy......but am having trouble trying to close my account. It has been nearly 2 weeks (12 days) of trying.....to no avail. I no longer need it's services......but seems hesitant to close my account
