Ratings and reviews

Their systems need a lot of improvement. Trying to filter things is impossible on whatever you're asking for certain basic items and they want to show you items that are sold online when you're trying to shop and find what you're looking for using the In-Store option. Another thing is that they don't give enough product information, like how thick the disposable gloves are, so I know they won't rip as easy. Sometimes, an in-stock item is not in stock. The newlook store is very confusing as well.

If you don't want produce, meat, or eggs this app is great. If you want any of those things they will always give you spoiled/damaged products. I gave this app a half a dozen tries, every time I just had to throw those things away, go up to the store again, and spend even more money. Once or twice I can forgive, but in the end it just costs me way too much time and money, and I don't have a lot of of either of those things. edit: I'm not signing up and downloading "X" to solve your screw up.

The app developers need to improve the app to wi-fi connection. About 80-90% of the time I open the app it shows no network connection. If it connects it loads slowly, then as I'm shopping I'll get a no network connection message. As I attempt to check out it takes several minutes to make substitutions for items due to this issue. I've constantly had issues with the app for a year now.
