App is impossible to use. Promo code applies automatically. Gives you one total amount. Click check out. Gives you a different total amount. Recheck bag and fumble around. Click check out again. No more stock! Physical store no stock. Online store no stock also. Might as well close shop. Haven't shopped in watsons in a long time. If it wasn't that I got fed up with shopee and thought of returning to watsons, wouldn't have known that watsons has gone from bad to worse

It's only so you can have a digital card; which is unnecessary because you can just give them your phone number. You never receive the points for registering. They elite membership points requirement goes up every time you meet it. So you can never achieve it. The coupons only last the first 3 days after joining. Which the Watsons locations never have in stock.

It's quick to load but gets slower as you use it. Crashes very often. If my new 1.5k phone can't handle this app, what about other more budget phones? I don't have many apps on my phone either. Can't choose what you want to buy separately when you've added things into the cart. You either delete or checkout everything. No wishlist function either. Please simplify the app and make it lighter so it won't crash so often. Such an awful experience shopping on this app that I've deleted it.
