App is VERY slow to load. Swiping left to see all the menu categories is awkward, not intuitive, and doesn't work well - often swipe the entire screen left instead of the row. When there are app updates, get logged out of the system. Cart doesn't save, so can't pick out items ahead of time and come back later when ready to order. Ordering is not tied to store's inventory so you can order and pay for items that aren't in stock. Milk alternatives are available for some drinks but not all.

It logs me out, and once logged out, it doesn't allow me to log back in. Besides those issues, once it works, it does it just fine. There's a reward system that is otherwise not possible to use without the app, ordering is easy and user friendly. it's very convenient app (when it works).

Very, very, very, very sloooow to open app. I end up giving up on it when I'm at register as it takes so long to open. Not scanning, not getting the points is better than waiting and waiting watching the bird fly. Clerks have agreed with me that it is an awkward app to use. I like it tracks points and offers rewards but, damn.
