Rental Steps:
1. Become a member: Download the app, fill in your information, and start riding once your application is approved.
2. Start renting: Open the app and reserve a scooter near you. Once you arrive at the scooter's location, use the app to start the engine and go!
3. Pay and return: When you reach your destination, park the scooter in a legal public outdoor parking space, open the app to return the scooter and pay online.

Ratings and reviews

App is ok, but since they got rid of the older scooter models in Taipei the number of available vehicles decreased dramatically and even if there is any, those ones usually have 10-20% power left. Previously I had no problem finding a charged scooter nearby, now this became almost impossible.

Uninformative. The app doesnt tell where to register a driver license, nor does it say its being registered/processed. It just wont give you any updates on whether you are elligible to drive or not. Ive had the app for three days and it doesnt tell me if my drivers license photos were successful or faulty,,, nor In Process. The scanner for the photo taking also doesnt provide the right spacing for international drivers license

Really great app and service. However I can't contact Wemo unless i make a paid phone call (what happened to the good old emails?). I need to contact your services too because i changed my debit card and for some unknown reasons, once i filled all of its informations, the "save" button stays gray.
