The WellsOne® Expense Manager app is designed to help you keep track of your business expenses and complete core tasks associated with approvals and transaction submissions with your mobile device. From receipt capture and coding, to approvals and reimbursement, the WellsOne Expense Manager app helps you securely complete your expense tasks on the go.

Key features:
• Capture and manage receipts
• Add required information to transactions and submit for approval
• Apply spend wizards (itemization)
• Apply expense templates to a transaction
• Request and submit reimbursement for cash expenses
• View card account information
• View credit limit information
• Approve submitted card transactions

To use the app, you must have:
• A Wells Fargo issued WellsOne® commercial card and use WellsOne Expense Manager
• Access to the Commercial Electronic Office®(CEO®)

Good when it works but frequently doesn't allow use of the code to login and have to login on the computer and scan a QR code to get the app to work. Very inconvenient

flip of a coin if the app will load and let you login. If it does then adding a description will fail the first time every time without fail. Coding will save when you change it but doesn't show the new code unless you back out and re-enter the code section so you sit there trying to change it over and over. Adding the receipt loads the picture you just took into the gallery to which you then have to select it and click "link" 50/50 if it loads first try

If this was my own account I'd have closed it just because of the app. I can only qr code log in. The photo portion is very time consuming. So I can get 2 or 3 uploads done before it boots me and I have to qr code reenter from my lap top. Then while trying to make changes and add notes instead of having some sort of pop up to let you know that the ridiculously short time has expired it will let you finish your action and save nothing when you back out. Has always been bad.

You can now upload files, not just images, to the Receipts directly from the mobile app.
Bug fixes and improvements.
