Terrible service. Low quality cameras. And when u cancel the service dew to needing a standard to be met and this system not even coming close mixed with ridiculous price hikes the cameras become useless. I'd explore other options before committing to buying. If absolutely no other option it will take video of stuff and u can see(using term very lightly) it on your phone in real time.

I have had this service for over 6 months now. I am not impressed. I have adjusted the sensitivity settings all over the place, and the service is sketchy no matter what you do. I have walked in front of my camera with all the different settings, sometimes I get a notification, but most of the time I don't. It's inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Kinetic is in general bad. Their customer service is terrible unless you get Executive team that actually speaks English. That aside, the cameras are disappointing. No PTZ. Also, this app, there is no control to record when wanted. Also, you can replay alerts, and see that recording once, and then that's it. I've used generic Chinese cameras (didn't last) that worked better than this. And the price is ridiculous for what you get
