The absolute worst app/card I've ever had. I only have it due the company I work for loads spiffs on it. After calling multiple times I still cannot add my checking account to transfer money, which the way this company operates is probably a good thing. Half the time it won't let me make purchases. I tried going thru a fast food restaurant, the total was less than $10 and it declined the sale even though I had gotten a $500 put into it about a week prior. Even going thru an ATM is hit and miss.

Worst card, ever. I only have it because of CSL Plasma. Anytime I try to make a purchase through Steam, X-Box, or Playstation, it gets declined even though there's more than enough funds. Called to complain about this issue, and was able to make a single $7 purchase on Steam. After that, it's back to being constantly declined again. Now, I just pull everything I can off at an ATM and dump it into make bank account. Oh, and the app to check your balance doesn't work half the time.

The app is just as bad as the company. I held the card as a way to save for emergencies, these clowns trickled my balance down by some phantom monthly fee that I knew nothing of. Calling their customer service is a time waster, you have a dumb automated voice prompt taking you on a round robin. I downloaded the app to be able to manage whatever is left on the card, I kept going in of "unknown error, try again later" each time I attempt to create an account on the app.
